He oversees the company’s investment strategy, business development, and market analysis. Mr. Shamim personally selects all key investment markets and asset classes to meet the goals of his investors. He brings to the company over eight years of alternative investment experience.
Mr. Shamim has closed millions of dollars in investments for investors and continues to bring entrepreneurial success and new business development ideas to the company. He strives to maximize investor returns through strategic partnerships, risk mitigation, and creative deal structuring.
Before Headway Capital, Mr. Shamim worked as a technology engineer in a fortune 100 Oil and Gas company, developing and managing more than $100 million worth of technical projects.
Dr. Omer identified the need for multiple passive income streams early in her career and enjoys sharing her journey and vision to help others achieve financial independence.
In addition to Headway Capital, Dr. Omer is a Consultant Gastroenterologist. As a physician, she has identified the struggles of busy medical professionals and their limitations with time allocation toward generational wealth creation and preservation.

Prior to joining Headway Capital, Brian was the Direct of Investor Relations at a private equity company with a portfolio north of $100mm of commercial real estate.
He also previously managed an investment company specializing in the residential asset class. Passionate about helping others succeed, he sources and brokers investment transactions for investors.
Brian’s extensive background in operations, marketing, and brand development in high-volume hospitality concepts plays a role in ensuring investing partners receive a first-class experience.
He is a graduate of The University of Houston Bauer College of Business. Brian has an extensive background in hospitality operations and is a small business owner.
Umar Naqvi is responsible for leading the company’s direction, investment vision, risk management, and diversification.
He has more than 21 years of Finance experience in Corporate Banking, Oil & Gas, manufacturing, and Real Estate.
Prior to joining Headway Capital, Umar served as Director of Accounting & Finance for a Management Company.
There, he led the Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Human Resource functions for the division and played a key role in the company’s growth. He has a BA in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance.
