We strategically target apartment investments that can generate 6.00% – 8.00% or more annualized cash flow.
Yes, from beginning to end (sale) of the investment, we aim to generate 20% or more per year, annualized. That means when you add up your quarterly cash flow + sales proceeds on the sale in 3-5 years and divide by the number of years held, we aim for 20% or more.
Apartment investing is illiquid. Once you sign your subscription documents and invest your funds, it is challenging to get your capital back.
We tell all investors, do not invest if you will not be able to leave your money in during the lifecycle of the project.
Our minimum investment on most projects range from $50,000 to $100,000.
The maximum investment varies on a deal-by-deal basis.
Improved returns may be offered to those who invest $500,000 or more.
